In the bright kitchen where we have placed night-&-day curtains there’s a small minimalist breakfast area.

Right next to it, we have an important dining room with a long solid wood table and fabric chairs and next to it a wall embellished by Roberto Cavalli wallpaper with gold wall lamps.

The space between the outside terrace, with the garden and swimming-pool, is clearly marked by the presence of a semi-curved sofa custom designed to bring strong high-design elements in the Living area

We have also recovered a small warehouse area transforming that into a cozy TV area with a contemporary sofa.

The 4 bedrooms differ from each other according to their marked styles and functionality: two more youthful ones, marking natural elements with solid wood, cork and wicker wood;

Going up the staircase with its glass barriers and shiny stainless-steel handrails there a two-meter lamp hanging from the cleaning with its more than thousand crystals and a wonderful abstract paintings in blue and gold;

the two bedrooms on the upper floor are respectively characterized by a master with an atrium at the entrance next to a closet room before entering in the large space  with a Balinese bed and a sitting/reading area with two comfy sofas;

the second bedroom consists of a bed with a high headboard going up to the ceiling; on the area parallel to the terrace with its incredible sea-view we have placed two chaise lounges to enjoy it to the best.

Being so close to the sea, we have made sure that you can live and breathe the summer.
